Who We Are

For more than 20 years, Liviu Radu Totir has led teams that developed and deployed mathematical models and software systems that convert genomic, pedigree and performance data into actionable insights for an industry leading plant breeding organization. Radu has founded Equine Breeding Advisors LLC in October 2025 to empower horse breeders and trainers extract untapped value from genomic, pedigree and performance data. Radu has earned a PhD in Animal Breeding and Genetics from Iowa State University in 2002 and has a deep passion for horse breeding.
